A gathering for Mammas and their Cubs

Saturday 19th July 10am – 12pm

Join Caleigh, Evie, Michelle and Wild, for a morning of sisterhood connection, mothering alongside other women, self expression and movement.

• Yoga with Caleigh
• Sharing circle with Wild and Michelle (when she’s not doing birthy things)
• Dance party with everyone
• Evie with activities for the cubs
• Light snacks provided

Settle into messy, sacred and distracted (let’s be real) space knowing your cubs can play with Evie and come check in with you/be with you as much, or as little, as they need. Evie is warm and gentle allowing the children to flow as they need.

Caleigh will guide us through some gentle yoga movement and help you land into your body.

Circle space for sharing will be held by Michelle and Wild, and we will end with some very daggy and fun dancing to shift energetically back into our day.
